A Splash of Fancy is perfect for romantic dinners, luxury indoor picnics, proposals, anniversaries, double dates, date nights, romantic movie nights, and other intimate celebrations.

What are the booking hours of A Splash of Fancy?

Monday - Sunday: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

An additional hour can be added before or after your 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM slot for an additional fee of $75.

How far in advance should we book?

We encourage booking as early as two months in advance to ensure your desired date, especially for weekends or holidays. 

Can I customize the decor and menu for my event?

Yes, we offer customizable packages, curated desserts, drinks, and optional add-ons to suit your preferences.

Do you provide special occasion enhancements?

Yes, we offer add-ons like candlelit setups, floral arrangements, flower petals, and other enhancements to elevate your experience.

Can we bring our own food and beverages?

Absolutely, feel free to bring your dinner with you or have it delivered prior to your arrival.

What is included in the experience?

We offer elegant decor, a beautiful tablescape, a curated selection of drinks, desserts, and appetizers to complement the ambiance. 

Is there a time limit for the experience?

Each experience comes with a two-hour timeslot. Additional hours can be added based on availability for an additional fee. We also allow a twenty-minute setup window allowing you to add your special touches to enhance your special night.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? 

Please note that all bookings are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that plans can change, so we're happy to accommodate a one-time rescheduling for your booking with advance notice. If you need to adjust your reservation, simply reach out to us at least 72 hours before your scheduled date, and we'll work with you to find an alternative date that suits your needs. 

Do you have free parking? 

We have ample parking at no cost to you.

Pet Policy

To ensure a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that pets not be brought into the loft. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming space for everyone.  

Age Policy 

For the comfort, privacy, and enjoyment of all our guest, we require that all individuals booking or attending an experience at our loft be 21 years of age or older. This policy ensures we maintain a mature, intimate atmosphere where everyone can fully relax and enjoy their time. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.

Accessibility Limitations

We strive to create a welcoming environment for all of our guest; however, please note that our loft is located in a historic building and, unfortunately, is not wheelchair accessible at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any specific needs or questions about accessibility, please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Booking Confirmation and Damage Deposit

To ensure a safe enjoyable environment for all our guests, we require a refundable damage deposit of $50. This deposit will be charged at the time of booking and will be fully refunded within 5 to 7 business days following your experience, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.

We are committed to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all of our guests. To help us maintain the quality we kindly ask that all guests refrain from smoking of any kind.
